MAIN FLOOR: -Living room -Dining room (seats 6-8) -Kitchen (2 barstools) provide basic cooking, baking and serving essentials along with salt & pepper and various spices —no oil or chopsticks are provided -Coffee pot (brew or kcup) coffee is provided for both and variety of creamers and sugar -Half bathroom (toilet paper provided) with laundry closet inside (laundry pods provided) -Patio access from the dining room includes a gas grill, utensils and picnic table -65" Roku Smart TV (use your own sign ins for apps) -Gas fireplace (not to be used May 1st-October 1st) Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) King Bed 42" Roku Smart TV (use your own sign ins for apps) large ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass door walk-in shower (provided is a lighted mirror, hair dryer, handsoap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, and some hygiene items) Closet w/six drawer dresser and pack n’ play location SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) -King Bed -42" Roku Smart TV (use your own sign ins for apps) -Six drawer dresser -Workspace area: desk with chair and lamp Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2-4) -Two Twin Beds w/Trundle under each -42" Roku Smart TV (use your own sign ins for apps) -Six drawer dresser -Couch w/seating area (Must let us know if you will be needing trundles) Bathroom -Jack and Jill restroom shares a shower (hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper provided between the two rooms). Each room has their own toilet, vanity and sink. As a guest, you have the benefit of having your own private space where you can relax and cook, yet close enough to everything if you prefer to go out to eat and for entertainment. This is perfect for families or groups of couples traveling together.
Other Details to Note
PLEASE do not smoke inside, near or around home. There will be an extra charge of $100 for cleaning to the guest if smoke is smelled in the home. No pets are allowed. If there is evidence of pets, an extra charge of $200 will be required. We are not responsible for any uncontrollable variables such as noise, private or public events or construction. We are not responsible lost or stolen items, however, if something is left we will do our best to find it and return it.

Located in Sevierville, TN in newly developed Hickory Hill at the Holt Homestead Enjoy beautiful views, Southern hospitality, and unlimited activities for the whole family. There are so many great restaurants, breweries and distilleries, shopping and entertainment to choose from . It is the perfect location to get to everything! Note…In the vicinity of our townhome, there is currently some construction happening. Please note that while there may be construction noise during daytime hours, we are confident (as we have stayed there several times during) that it will not disrupt your stay and should not impact your overall experience. The site crew is working Monday through Friday 7,7:30am to 5,5:30pm. No weekends. Just regular weekdays and no holidays.
